So, I just had knee surgery and I have been living on my couch and watching FoodNetwork's Food Paradise epsiode Pasta Paradise . Each Italian Restaurant offers their genuine Italian hospitality. Each one have tasty sauces.

Sauce is the key to every dish!

**Patsy's Italian (family-owned) Restaurant - NYC
  • hand-made pasta
  • Frank Sinatra, who was good friend's with the family, often would eat there and his own special entrance to a to a room upstairs
  • very hospitable and family-orientated, they treat you like a cousin
  • the chef will personally come out to shake your hand and make sure you are getting the best of everything

**Filomena Ristorante - Washington D.C. (located in historic Georgetown)
  • where you can see the famous "Pasta Mamas" make the pasta, at the front of the restaurante near the window, with a little winding machine and their hands
  • Every president has taken a picture with the "Pasta Mamas," everybody wants to take a picture with the "Pasta Mamas"
