Hello,

 My name is María del Pilar Chapa. I go by Pilar.  My family calls me Pili. My favorite color is crimson and I like classy/simple things. Crimson is my favorite color because it makes me feel so passionate and vibrant. It is such a bold and powerful color.

I am a 22-year old proud Mexican-American. I am studying pre-law at Texas Tech University. I will graduate in August with degrees in Political Science and Spanish. I love fashion food, art, travel, culture, linguistics, and most of all dancing and my family.  I am very passionate about my interests and what I do.

I believe that unconditional love is the answer to everything. No matter what kind of love, whether it be intimate or friendly, it is an unbreakable bond. That is something that my best friend, Beatriz, and her family have taught me, as well as my own [extended] family who I have reconnected with in Bryan, Texas.

I hope that with my interests/skills and my experiences, I can help and inspire others.
